TELA Steps to Success course leaders, facilitators and visit hosts are Specialist Leaders of Education, Heads and Senior Leaders with experience of working with improving practice in teachers to impact on improved confidence and pedagogy. Host schools include a range of TELA primary and secondary schools, with good practice in evidence-based research. Visits include research-based inputs, practical activities, lesson visits and experience in different school contexts and provision.

 - In school mentored improvement programme - Autumn – Spring Term 2024- 2025

 - Evidence based training modules Autumn – Spring term 2024-25
